FAQ

Good to Know

How many spray tops are included?
The product is shown with four interchangeable styles: Floating Ball, Umbrella, Sunflower and Clover.
Does the toy float on the water?
Yes. The floating base is designed to keep the toy at the surface while the sprinkler top operates above the water.
Does it light up?
Yes. The product imagery shows colorful illumination through the base during water play.
How does the spray start?
The toy uses a button-controlled electric spray function. Place it correctly in the water, attach the desired top and operate the control as directed.
What batteries does it use?
The battery compartment shown in the product imagery is configured for two AAA batteries.
Why isn't the floating ball staying up?
The floating-ball effect works best when the toy is reasonably stable on the water surface. Strong movement can cause the ball to fall, and weaker battery power can reduce spray strength.
Is the battery compartment protected from water?
The underside is shown with a covered battery area and sealing structure. Fit the battery cover correctly before placing the toy in water.
