Begin with Santa at the top. Remove piece #1 on December 1, then the next numbered piece each day. Santa gradually moves down the chimney. Removing #24 on Christmas Eve completes the journey to the fireplace.

The daily activity is removing a numbered piece and watching Santa move. It is a visual, interactive countdown, not a calendar filled with treats or separate daily gifts.
Can we use it again next year?
Yes. Return Santa to the top and reinsert all 24 numbered pieces in order. Keep the pieces together in the included mesh bag between uses.
